Chi Siamo

Rosi Patrizia’s ISOR-The decoration of jewellery cases

Our shop Isor could be defined as “the house of jewellery cases”. Whomever needs a case of any shape or colour can come here and knowing they won’t be disappointed: you will find something ready made or we can make items to measure.

ISOR will accept any order no matter what kind of product is desired.

The activity was founded by Renzo Rosi in 1962: today his daughter Patrizia and her family continue this working tradition.

Renzo Rosi was a qualified craftsman specialised in leather straps for watches; he therefore attracted many jewellers in Florence as his clients. It was these clients that insisted Rosi started designing and making jewellery cases and display pieces.

The production then spread to cases of all kinds, of all shapes and sizes, jewellery purses, safe covers and ,display pieces along with many other items.

A separate area, alongside boxes and cases, is that of small suede sachets for rings, necklaces and pins.

Naturally, despite not having direct production, our wish has been to maintain our origins and therefore you will still find that we sell leather straps for watches.

Our clients have increased with our production.

With the opening of a shop next to our workshop sales have also intensified for retail and on order.

We have also introduced new items, among which a vast range of gift items, for example rag dolls made by Tuscan craftsmen, carillon which are also Tuscan made, cards, wrapping paper, ribbons…

The name ISOR is simply the same name as the founder written backwards; it sounds good and it’s now well known abroad.

In 2012, to celebrate 50 years of activity, we decided to launch our web site: www.isor.it

Where it’s possible to consult our catalogue of products and where you can obtain the information necessary for purchase.

We would be happy if you visited us directly at our shop in via Lambertesca, in the centre of Florence
